摘要
针对当前国内喷水织机电控系统存在的问题,研究开发了一种能有效防止机器开车时布面产生档子的高速喷水织机电控系统,详细介绍了系统的硬、软件开发方案,重点探讨了可编程控制器及变频技术的应用,以二合一伺服驱动器、ITD500变频器为核心,实现对喷水织机的智能控制。
In response to the problems existing in the current domestic electric control system of water jet looms,a high-speed water jet loom electric control system that can effectively prevent the fabric surface from falling when the machine is driving has been developed.The hardware and software development plan of the system has been introduced in detail,with a focus on the application of programmable controllers and frequency conversion technology.With a 2-in-1 servo driver and ITD500 frequency converter as the core,intelligent control of water jet looms has been achieved.
