摘要
我国北方地区既有农宅体量大、存在围护结构热工性能低、建筑能耗高、室内热环境差等问题,通过改造围护结构降低建筑取暖耗热量,可以减少因取暖带来的环境污染问题。本文以陕西省铜川市既有农宅为研究对象,采用正交试验组成9种优化方案,利用DeST软件计算能耗,结合能效提升率及经济性对方案进行比选,提出适用于铜川市农宅围护结构改造的最佳方案(即外墙保温板厚度50mm,屋面保温板厚度60mm,附加阳光间进深1m,外窗为塑钢中空玻璃窗(6+12A+6))。
In the northern region of China,there are large rural residential buildings with low thermal performance of enclosure structures,high building energy consumption,and poor indoor thermal environment.By transforming the enclosure structure to reduce the heat consumption of building heating,the environmental pollution caused by heating can be reduced.Taking the existing rural residential buildings in Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province as the research object,this article uses orthogonal experiments to form 9 optimization schemes,uses DeST software to calculate energy consumption,and compares and selects the schemes based on energy efficiency improvement rate and economy.The optimal scheme suitable for the renovation of the rural residential building enclosure structure in Tongchuan City is proposed(which includes a thickness of 50mm for the outer wall insulation board,60mm for the roof insulation board,1m for the additional sunlight room depth,and a plastic steel hollow glass window(6+12A+6)for the outer window).
