摘要
混凝土裂缝病害是基础设施建设和养护维修中的常见病害,如何快速经济地实现裂缝检测对于基础设施构造物具有十分重要的工程实践价值。将红外热成像技术作为裂缝检测手段,通过实验室模型试验的方法,采用两种规格的红外热成像仪作为检测设备,利用温度测试数据和图像数据,分析了拍摄角度因素对于混凝土裂缝红外热成像检测结果的影响。结果表明:在满足热灵敏度的条件下红外热成像技术可以实现检测混凝土表面裂缝的有效检测;垂直于目标物体的角度进行检测时所得到结果最为准确,且拍摄角度与测温精度相比对红外热像仪的测温准确性的影响大;建议在满足工程精度的条件下,推广使用非接触式的红外热成像裂缝检测技术。
Concrete crack disease is a common disease in infrastructure construction and maintenance.How to quickly and economically crack detection has very important engineering practice value for infrastructure structures.Making infrared thermal technology as a crack detection method,through the method of laboratory model test,two types of infrared thermal cameras are used as detection equipment,and the temperature test data and image data are used to analyze the shooting angle factors for concrete crack detection.The results show that infrared thermal technology can effectively detect concrete surface cracks under the condition of satisfying thermal sensitivity;the most accurate results are obtained when the angle perpendicular to the target object is detected,and the shooting angle is more accurate than the temperature measurement accuracy.The temperature measurement accuracy of the thermal imager has a great influence;it is recommended to promote the use of non-contact infrared thermal crack detection technology under the condition of meeting the engineering accuracy.
