摘要
近年来,随着将“绿色低碳全民行动”列为“碳达峰十大行动”之一,全民倡导绿色低碳,碳账户作为对个人、企业等各方社会主体记录其碳行为的账户,为各主体的低碳行为的有效度量提供了基础工具。本文尝试将碳账户和个人信用对接起来,将个人低碳行为纳入个人信用评分体系,借助校园场景的大学生在校行为数据构建碳账户,并对碳账户中低碳行为的特征变量进行筛选,并建立融入证据权重的Logistic信用评分卡模型,对学生进行绿色信用评分,创新性地建立了绿色信用评分标准。
In recent years,with the inclusion of the"Green and Low Carbon National Action"as one of the"Top Ten Actions for Carbon Peak",the public has advocated for green and low carbon.The carbon account serves as an account for individuals,enterprises,and other social entities to record their carbon behavior,providing a fundamental tool for effectively measuring the low-carbon behavior of each entity.This article attempts to connect carbon accounts and personal credit,incorporating personal low-carbon behavior into the personal credit scoring system.Using campus scene data of college students'behavior in school,carbon accounts are constructed,and the characteristic variables of low-carbon behavior in carbon accounts are screened.A Logistic credit scoring card model incorporating evidence weight is established to score students'green credit,and innovative green credit scoring standards are established.
