奖惩机制下的闭环供应链决策与协调研究

摘要 针对单个供应商和单个制造商组成的二级供应链回收再制造问题,在对比分析分散决策和集中决策的基础上,运用讨价还价的思想,构建Rubinstein轮流出价协调策略,探讨了回收奖惩机制和贴现因子对双方利润的影响。结果表明,奖惩机制有助于促进废旧产品回收再利用,但基准回收率和奖惩力度应设置在合理范围内。Rubinstein轮流出价协调策略能实现供应链协调,但双方利润与自身贴现因子正相关,与对方贴现因子负相关。 Aiming at the recycling and remanufacturing problem of the two-level supply chain composed of supplier and manufacturer,based on the comparative analysis of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,Rubinstein's coordination strategy of taking turns to bid is constructed by using the bargaining idea,and the influence of recycling reward and punishment mechanism and discount factor on the profits of both parties is discussed.The results show that the reward and punishment mechanism is helpful to promote the recycling of waste products,but the benchmark recovery rate and reward and punishment intensity should be set within a reasonable range.Rubinstein's bidding coordination strategy can achieve supply chain coordination,but the profits of both parties are positively correlated with their own discount factors and negatively correlated with each other's discount factors.
