N^(6)-甲基腺苷修饰在男性不育症中的研究进展

摘要 N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)是RNA上携带的化学修饰中最常见的一种,其产生的生物效应受m^(6)A甲基转移酶、m^(6)A去甲基化酶和m^(6)A结合蛋白动态、可逆的调节。男性不育症是生殖系统的常见病,而精子发生异常是导致男性不育的主要因素。精子发生是一个复杂的分化、发育过程,与m^(6)A生物效应相关的酶均可影响精子的发生。因此,深入研究m^(6)A及其相关酶与精子发生的关系,有助于了解精子发生过程中表观遗传修饰的机制,为临床男性不育症的治疗提供新思路。 N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is the most common chemical modification carried on RNA,and its biological effects are dynamically and reversibly modulated by m^(6)A methyltransferase,m^(6)A demethylase,and m^(6)A binding proteins.Male infertility is a common disease of reproductive system,and abnormal spermatogenesis is the main factor leading to male infertility.Spermatogenesis is a complex process of differentiation and development,and all enzymes related to m^(6)A biological effects can affect spermatogenesis.Therefore,in-depth studies of the relationship of m^(6)A and its related enzymes with spermatogenesis is helpful to understand the mechanism of epigenetic modification in spermatogenesis and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of male infertility.
