摘要
缺氧是肿瘤微环境的共同特征,可影响基因的表达且与肿瘤的进展密切相关。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是染色质修饰、转录调控基因表达的关键调节分子,在包括肿瘤在内的各种生物学和病理学过程中起关键作用。其中,缺氧相关的lncRNA主要参与调控缺氧微环境中的能量代谢、细胞增殖、侵袭、血管生成和耐药性等。当肿瘤细胞缺氧时,缺氧诱导因子表达上调并协调转录重编程,而lncRNA是其转录靶点之一,因此lncRNA在缺氧信号级联反应中发挥重要作用,而缺氧状态下异常表达的lncRNA可作为肿瘤潜在的预后标志物和治疗靶标。
Hypoxia is a common feature of tumor microenvironment that can affect gene expression and is closely related to tumor progression.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of key regulatory molecules for chromatin modification,transcriptional regulation of gene expression and plays a key role in various biological and pathological processes including tumors.Among them,hypoxia-related lncRNA are mainly involved in regulating energy metabolism,cell proliferation,invasion,angiogenesis and drug resistance in the hypoxic microenvironment.During tumor hypoxia,hypoxia inducible factors are up-regulated and coordinate transcriptional reprogramming,and lncRNA is one of their transcription targets,so lncRNA play an important role in the hypoxia signaling cascades,and abnormally expressed lncRNA under hypoxia can serve as potential prognostic markers and therapeutic targets for tumors.
