Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of IgG4-related Nephropathy

免疫球蛋白G4(IgG4)相关疾病属于自身免疫学疾病,常累及肾脏、胆管、肺脏、淋巴结等,其中IgG4相关肾病并不罕见,病情进展可发展为急性肾损伤、慢性肾衰竭,对患者生命安全造成极大威胁。现阶段,IgG4相关肾病在实验室指标及影像学检查方面并不统一,不利于临床早期实施治疗方案。IgG4相关肾病主要通过药物治疗,其中糖皮质激素是目前常用的一线治疗药物。目前,众多IgG4相关肾病患者经糖皮质激素治疗后可获得良好的治疗收益,但在药物减量过程中易复发,需要配合或更换为其他药物。

Immunoglobulin G4(IgG4)-related diseases are autoimmune diseases,which often involve kidneys,bile ducts,lungs,lymph nodes,etc.Among them,IgG4-related nephropathy is not rare,and the disease can develop into acute renal injury and chronic renal failure,posing a great threat to the life of the patients.At this stage,IgG4-related nephropathy is not unified in laboratory indicators and imaging examination,which is not conducive to the early implementation of clinical treatment.IgG4-related nephropathy is mainly treated by drugs,among which glucocorticoid is the first-line drug commonly used at present.At present,many patients with IgG4-related nephropathy can obtain good therapeutic benefits after glucocorticoid treatment,but they are easy to relapse during drug reduction,and other drugs are needed for combination use or change.
