乳腺癌DNA损伤修复机制及修复抑制剂研究进展

摘要 细胞不断受到内源性和外源性的攻击,导致DNA损伤。在长期的进化过程中,细胞为了维持基因组的稳定性,形成了复杂的DNA损伤修复系统。DNA损伤及其修复机制是导致肿瘤形成的重要因素。DNA修复系统由几个关键通路共同作用,以消除DNA损伤并保持基因组的稳定性和完整性。DNA修复机制的缺陷是包括乳腺癌在内的恶性肿瘤发生和发展的根本原因。此外,乳腺癌细胞中DNA损伤修复的状态会影响患者对治疗的反应。 Cells are constantly attacked by both endogenous and exogenous factors,resulting in DNA damage.In order to maintain the stability of the genome,cells have formed a complex DNA damage repair system during the long evolutionary process.DNA damage and its repair mechanism are important factors leading to tumor formation.DNA repair system involves several key pathways that work together to eliminate DNA damage,and maintain genome stability and integrity.The defect of DNA repair mechanism is the root cause of the occurrence and development of malignant tumors including breast cancer.In addition,the state of DNA damage repair in breast cancer cells affects the patients′response to treatment.
