摘要
核旁斑组装转录本1(NEAT1)作为一种长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),在多种恶性肿瘤中均过表达,能够通过多种调节机制促进恶性肿瘤的发生、发展,包括耐药性和放射抵抗。其中,lncRNA NEAT1主要作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)海绵吸附微RNA,减弱其对下游靶点/信号通路的抑制作用,间接调节下游基因的表达水平,进而介导恶性肿瘤的耐药和放射抵抗过程。明确lncRNA NEAT1介导的ceRNA调控网络在恶性肿瘤耐药和放射抵抗过程中的具体作用机制,可为临床治疗恶性肿瘤耐药和放射抵抗提供新思路和新靶点。
The nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1(NEAT1),as a long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),is highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumors.It can promote the occurrence and development of malignant tumors through a variety of regulatory mechanisms,including drug resistance and radiation resistance.Among them,lncRNA NEAT1 adsorbs microRNA mainly as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)sponge,weakens its inhibition on downstream targets/signal pathways,indirectly regulates the expression level of downstream genes,and then mediates the process of drug resistance and radiation resistance in malignant tumors.To clarify the specific mechanism of lncRNA NEAT1-mediated ceRNA regulatory network in the process of drug resistance and radiation resistance of malignant tumors can provide new ideas and targets for the clinical treatment of drug resistance and radiation resistance of malignant tumors.
