血清胆红素对动脉粥样硬化保护作用的研究进展

摘要 血清胆红素作为机体的内源性化合物,因对新生儿的中枢神经系统有很强的毒性作用而为人们所熟知。动脉粥样硬化是一种常见的心血管疾病,对人体危害极大。胆红素是人体内强有力的抗氧化剂,具有清除活性氧、抗炎、降脂等作用,还具有抗增殖以及调节细胞信号通路等作用,可用于动脉粥样硬化的治疗。血清胆红素的水平与动脉粥样硬化及其危险因素(如低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、炎症因子)呈负相关,深入研究胆红素的作用机制,有助于开发治疗动脉粥样硬化的新策略。 As an endogenous compound in the body,serum bilirubin is well known for its strong toxic effect on the central nervous system of newborns.Atherosclerotic disease is a common cardiovascular disease,which is very harmful to human body.Bilirubin is a powerful antioxidant in human body,which has the effects of scavenging reactive oxygen species,anti-inflammatory,lipid-lowering,anti-proliferation and regulating cell signal pathways,and can be used in the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.The level of serum bilirubin is negatively correlated with atherosclerosis and its risk factors,such as low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and inflammatory factors.In-depth study of the mechanism of bilirubin will help to develop new strategies for the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
