摘要
牙龈来源的间充质干细胞(GMSCs)分离自牙龈结缔组织,自我更新能力较强,同时有干细胞相应的生物学特性及表面标志物,具有多向分化潜能和免疫调节特性。GMSCs可分泌细胞外囊泡(EVs),在细胞间物质交换和信息传递中发挥重要作用。GMSCs具有来源充足、扩增容易、形态稳定、功能丰富的特点,在临床上有重要的研究和应用价值。随着研究的不断深入,GMSCs及其分泌的EVs在免疫相关疾病、皮肤创口愈合、神经系统疾病和口腔疾病等再生治疗方面取得了重大突破,有望为疾病的治疗与进一步研究提供新的思路和靶点。
Gingival-derived mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs)are isolated from gingival connective tissue with strong self-renewal ability and corresponding biological characteristics of stem cells and surface markers,and featured with multidirectional differentiation potential and immune regulation characteristics.GMSCs can secret a group of extracellular vesicles(EVs),act as an important mediator of intercellular material exchange and information transmission.Due to the characteristics of sufficient sources,easy amplification,stable morphology and rich functions,GMSCs have important clinical research and application value.With the continuous development of the research,GMSCs and EVs have made significant breakthroughs in the regeneration therapy of immune-related diseases,skin wound healing,nerve system diseases and oral diseases,and are excepted to provide new ideas and targets for the treatments and further research of the diseases.
