摘要
Sam68是RNA结合蛋白的成员之一,兼具信号转导和RNA激活功能,主要通过其KH同源结构域发挥作用,在肿瘤、风湿等疾病以及炎症、细胞凋亡中扮演重要角色。Sam68可以通过参与转录、翻译、可变剪接等RNA代谢过程,进而调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、扩散、迁移、入侵,与肺癌、结直肠癌、前列腺癌等常见肿瘤的发生发展有关。此外,Sam68也可能参与疼痛的过程,深入研究Sam68在信号转导过程中与各种激酶的协同作用以及在剪接过程中的具体分子机制,对肿瘤及疼痛的临床治疗具有重要意义。
Sam68(Src-associated in mitosis of 68 kD)is a member of RNA-binding proteins that combines signal transduction and RNA activation functions,mainly acting through its KH structural domain,and plays an important role in tumor and rheumatological diseases as well as inflammation and apoptosis.Sam68 can regulate the proliferation,diffusion,migration,and invasion of tumor cells by participating in RNA metabolic processes such as transcription,translation,and variable splicing,which are associated with the development of some common tumors such as lung,colorectal,and prostate cancer.In addition,Sam68 may also be involved in the process of pain.In-depth study of the synergy between Sam68 and various kinases in the signal transduction process and the specific molecular mechanism in the splicing process is of great significance for the clinical treatment of tumor and pain.
