基于生物纳米载体的类风湿关节炎靶向治疗进展

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,主要导致关节软骨和骨的破坏,现有治疗药物的长期使用可能导致严重的不良反应。靶向治疗包括被动靶向和主动靶向,针对靶点的特异性给药能够减轻药物的不良反应,在临床治疗方面已取得良好效果。生物纳米载体通过化学及物理等方法修饰后可以达到靶向治疗的目的,已成为近年的研究热点。因此,通过生物纳米载体靶向治疗RA是其药物研发的新思路。未来通过更深入的研究,期望研制出适用于RA的靶向药物。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease,which mainly results in the destruction of articular cartilage and bone,and long-term use of existing drugs can lead to serious adverse reactions.Targeted therapy includes passive targeting and active targeting,and medicine aimed specifically at the target can alleviate the adverse reactions,which have achieved good results in the clinical treatment.Biological nanocarriers can be modified by chemical and physical methods to achieve targeted therapy,which has become a hot research topic in recent years.Thus,targeting RA therapy by delivery of drugs through nanocarriers has become a new idea of RA drug development.Further research is expected to develop targeted drugs suitable for RA in the future.
