肿瘤微环境在胰腺癌耐药中的研究进展

摘要 胰腺癌具有早期诊断困难、手术切除率低、化疗效果欠佳等特点,已成为目前最致命的肿瘤之一。化疗是除手术治疗外胰腺癌最重要的治疗手段,但耐药现象的出现导致现有的化疗方案疗效欠佳,具体耐药机制目前尚未明确。胰腺癌独特的肿瘤微环境可促进肿瘤化疗耐药,其中的间质细胞、微生物以及肿瘤所处的缺氧微环境在胰腺癌耐药的发生发展中均扮演了重要角色。因此,寻找肿瘤微环境中潜在的靶点可以为胰腺癌耐药问题的解决提供新思路。 Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers due to its difficulty in early diagnosis,low surgical resection rate,and unsatisfactory response to chemotherapy.Chemotherapy is the most important treatment for pancreatic cancer besides surgery.However,the emergence of drug resistance has greatly reduced the efficacy of existing chemotherapy regimens,and the specific mechanism of drug resistance remains unclear.The unique tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer is an active contributor to drug resistance.The interstitial cells and microorganisms in the pancreatic cancer microenvironment,and the hypoxic microenvironment where the tumor is located all play important roles in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer drug resistance.Therefore,searching for potential targets in the tumor microenvironment will provide new strategies to solve the problem of drug resistance of pancreatic cancer.
