口腔微生物与恶性肿瘤发生发展关系的研究进展

Research Progress of Relationship of Oral Microbiota with Malignant Tumorigenesis and Development

口腔微生物是人体主要微生物群落之一,口腔微生态失衡不仅与口腔疾病密切相关,还可导致或加重多种系统性疾病。口腔微生物与恶性肿瘤之间的相互关系及作用机制已成为目前研究的热点。头颈部、消化系统、呼吸系统恶性肿瘤患者的口腔微生物均与健康人群存在显著差异。部分口腔微生物可通过刺激慢性炎症、调控细胞凋亡和增殖、诱发免疫逃逸等途径促进恶性肿瘤的发生发展,因此,未来深入研究口腔微生物与恶性肿瘤的关系并及时监测和干预或有助于肿瘤的预防。

Oral microbiota is one of the major microbiota in human body.The dysbiosis of oral microbiota not only is closely associated with the occurrence of oral diseases,but also contributes to the occurrence or aggravation of many systematic diseases.The interaction and mechanism between oral microbes and malignant tumors have become a research hotspot recently.The components of oral microbiota of patients with malignant tumors of head and neck,digestive system,and respiratory system are significantly from those of the healthy population.Some oral microorganisms can promote the development of malignant tumors by stimulating chronic inflammation,regulating cell apoptosis and proliferation and inducing immune escape.Therefore,in the future,in-depth study of the relationship between oral microorganisms and malignant tumors and timely monitoring and intervention may contribute to the prevention of tumors.
