新生儿期影响肠道菌群的临床因素研究进展

摘要 肠道菌群与人体的健康密切相关,当胎儿从宫内到宫外适应性变化时,机体各脏器功能也会发生相应的改变。新生儿期是人体正常肠道菌群建立的关键期,其肠道菌群的发展是动态化的过程,受多方面因素的影响,主要分为非临床因素和临床因素。新生儿期是机体患病的高发期,因此临床因素对新生儿期肠道菌群的影响较成人更常见。临床医师对新生儿这一特殊群体进行诊治时,应充分认识临床因素对肠道菌群的利弊作用,更好地保障个体肠道菌群平衡发展。 Intestinal flora is closely related to the health of human beings.When the fetus adapts from intrauterine to extrauterine environment,the functions of various organs of the body will also change accordingly.Neonatal period is the key period for the establishment of normal intestinal flora,and the development of intestinal flora is a dynamic process,which is affected by many factors,mainly including non-clinical factors and clinical factors.Neonatal period is a high incidence period of body diseases,so the influence of clinical factors on intestinal flora in neonatal period is more common than that in adults.The clinicians should fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of clinical factors on intestinal microflora when diagnosing and treating newborns,so as to better ensure the balanced development of individual intestinal microflora.
