摘要
目的评价木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrance Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普、万方数据库,收集木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗DPN的随机对照试验,由两名研究者独立进行数据提取和文献质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行数据分析。结果最终纳入符合标准的文献10篇,共988例患者。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组可明显提升总有效率(RR=1.23,95%CI 1.13~1.33,P<0.00001),提高正中神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和腓总神经MNCV、腓总神经SNCV(MD=3.70,95%CI 1.98~5.41,P<0.0001;MD=4.36,95%CI 3.86~4.86,P<0.00001;MD=5.40,95%CI 3.14~7.66,P<0.00001;MD=4.16,95%CI 1.96~6.36,P=0.0002),且未见严重不良反应。结论与甲钴胺单药治疗相比,木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗DPN的临床疗效显著,可明显提高神经传导速度。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Mudan granule combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods We searched PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and other literature databases for randomized controlled trials of Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN by computer.Two researchers independently conducted data extraction and literature quality evaluation,and data analysis was performed with RevMan 5.4 software.Results Finally,10 articles meeting the criteria were included,with a total of 988 patients.The results showed that compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly increased(RR=1.23,95%CI 1.13-1.33,P<0.00001),and the median motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),median sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),common peroneal nerve MNCV and common peroneal nerve SNCV were significantly improved(MD=3.70,95%CI 1.98-5.41,P<0.0001;MD=4.36,95%CI 3.86-4.86,P<0.00001;MD=5.40,95%CI 3.14-7.66,P<0.00001;MD=4.16,95%CI 1.96-6.36,P=0.0002).There were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Compared with mecobalamin monotherapy,Mudan granules combined with mecobalamin can effectively treat DPN and significantly improve nerve conduction velocity.
