摘要
临床药学的目标是实现患者的个体化精准用药,而模型引导的精准用药(Model-Informed Precision Dosing,MIPD)核心正是通过建模与模拟技术,为患者精准用药提供依据。正因如此,MIPD成为临床药学专业人才需要掌握的重要理论和实践技能。以徐州医科大学实践为例,就MIPD在临床药学专业人才培养模式中的应用进行深入探讨。
The goal of clinical pharmacy is to achieve individualized and precise dosing,and the core of Model-Formed Precision Dosing(MIPD)is to provide basis for precise dosing of patients through modeling and simulation technology.Because of this,MIPD has become an important theoretical and practical skill that clinical pharmacy practitioner need to master.Taking the practice of Xuzhou Medical University as an example,the application of MIPD in the training model of clinical pharmacy practitioner was discussed in depth.
