摘要
以T校为例,当前中职食品检验专业存在职业能力递进不足、岗位技能强化不足、区域联动合作不足等问题。基于此,创新“三协同三融通”的实践体系并应用于中高职一体化食品检验人才培养中,取得相应的实践成果,助力浙江省新一轮课改与学校“双高”建设的推进,并为其他学校中高职一体化人才培养提供依据。
Taking T School as an example,there are existing problems with the food inspection major in secondary vocational schools,such as insufficient professional ability progression,insufficient post skill enhancement,and insufficient regional linkage and cooperation.Based on this,the innovative practice system of"three collaborations and three integration"has been applied to the cultivation of integrated food inspection personnel in secondary and higher vocational schools,achieving corresponding practical achievements,helping to promote the new round of course reform and the construction of"double high"schools in Zhejiang Province,and providing a basis for the cultivation of integrated personnel in secondary and higher vocational schools in other schools.
