助产专业学生核心胜任力的现状及其影响因素的研究

Research on the Status and Influencing Factors of Students' Core Competency of Midwifery Majors

选取已完成助产专业课程学习的359名助产学生,采用自编问卷及助产士核心胜任力问卷进行调查,以调查了解不同层次助产学生核心胜任力及其影响因素,探讨提升高校助产专业学生核心胜任力的有效方法。研究显示,助产学生的核心胜任力处于中等偏上水平,应以核心胜任力为导向,注重培养助产学生操作能力,从兴趣出发,注重专业自信和人文关怀能力的培养,提升助产专业学生的核心胜任力。

Selected 359 midwifery students who have completed the course of midwifery,and conduct survey with self-made questionnaires and midwife core competency questionnaires to investigate and understand the core competency and influencing factors of midwifery students in different levels,and explore effective methods to enhance the midwifery students'core competency.Research shows that the midwifery students'core competency is at a moderate to upper level,and should be guided by core competency,focusing on cultivating midwifery students'operational skills,starting from interests,and emphasizing the cultivation of professional confidence and humanistic care abilities to enhance the midwifery students'core competency.
