摘要
将成都大学附属医院眼科2022年1—6月接收的患者800例设为对照组,实施常规医护模式;将2022年7—12月接收的患者800例设为观察组,实施医护一体化合作模式,对比两种模式的应用效果。实践表明,实施医护一体化合作模式能显著提高眼科住院患者的满意度,增强医护之间的沟通协作,提升护士专科水平,使患者在接受医疗、护理过程中的安全质量得到有效保障,促进医疗机构优质护理工作全面开展,具有临床推广应用价值。
Set 800 patients admitted to the ophthalmology department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from January to June 2022 as the control group,and treated by routine medical care mode;Set 800 patients received from July to December 2022 as the observation group,treated by the integrated medical and nursing integration cooperation model,then compare the application effects of the two models.Practice has shown that implementing the integrated medical and nursing integrating cooperation model can significantly improve the ophthalmic inpatients satisfaction,enhance communication and collaboration between doctors and nurses,enhance the quality of nursing expertise,effectively ensure the safety and quality of patients in receiving medical treatment and nursing,promote the comprehensive development of high-quality nursing work in medical institutions,this has clinical promotion and application value.
