医护患协同模式的护理在中青年创伤性骨折患者中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Collaborative Model among Doctors,Nurses and Patients in Middle-aged Patients with Traumatic Fractures

选择2022年1月1日—12月30日在吴川市人民医院骨科住院的110例中青年创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,对照组采用传统护理模式,出院后定期随访;观察组采用医护患协同模式进行护理,探讨医护患协同模式的护理应用于中青年创伤性骨折患者的康复效果。实践表明,医护患协同模式的护理应用在中青年创伤性骨折患者中,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛感,甚至没有下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生,提高了患者的康复效果。

110 middle-aged patients with traumatic fractures who were hospitalized in the orthopedics department of Wuchuan People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects from January 1 to December 30,2022.The control group was nursed by traditional nursing model and underwent regular follow-up after leaving the hospital.The observation group was treated collaborative model among doctors,nurses and patients for nursing,and explored the rehabilitation effect of the collaborative model applied to middle-aged patients with traumatic fractures.Practice has shown that the nursing application of the medical patient collaboration model in middle-aged patients with traumatic fractures can alleviate anxiety,depression and pain,even more prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs,so as to improve the patients rehabilitation effect.
