摘要
采取便利抽样的方法,采用一般资料调查表、情绪劳动量表、心理脱离量表及工作投入量表对2023年3月在4所综合医院实习的282名护理本科实习生进行问卷调查,同时对所得到的变量结果进行统计描述,并通过构建的结构方程模型验证心理脱离在情绪劳动与工作投入中的中介作用,以调查护理本科实习生情绪劳动、心理脱离及工作投入现状,并分析三者间的相关性及作用机制,为提高护理本科实习生工作投入水平提供相应的参考依据。
By adopting the convenient sampling method,282 undergraduate nursing interns who practiced in 4 general hospitals in March 2023 were investigated with general information questionnaire,emotional labor scale,psychological disengagement scale and work engagement scale.At the same time,the variable results obtained were statistically described,and the mediating role of psychological disengagement in emotional labor and work engagement was verified through the structural equation model constructed To investigate the status of emotional labor,psychological disengagement and work engagement of undergraduate nursing interns,and analyze the correlation and mechanism among them,so as to provide corresponding reference for improving the level of work engagement of undergraduate nursing interns.
