基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer对间歇性禁食干预糖尿病研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of intermittent fasting intervention in diabetes based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

目的:对间歇性禁食干预糖尿病的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索本领域发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)中收录的间歇性禁食干预糖尿病的相关文献为来源,运用文献计量学工具CiteSpace和VOSviewer,对国家、机构、作者和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共获得1220篇文献,其中中文文献344篇,外文文献876篇。年度发文量大体呈上升态势,美国是最高产的国家,迪拜医院是最活跃的机构,Mohamed Hassanein教授发表的论文最多,各机构及学者之间存在小范围合作。本领域的研究热点主要包括间歇性禁食对2型糖尿病干预的临床研究、动物试验及相关机制、禁食的种类、斋月禁食、胰岛素敏感性、人体血糖调节机能、护理、中医药及糖尿病相关的心血管并发症等。未来可能的研究趋势是从临床及动物试验上进一步探寻间歇性禁食干预糖尿病的机制、减少间歇性禁食对糖尿病尤其是妊娠期糖尿病患者的潜在风险以及与中医药的结合以发挥更理想的疗效等。结论:通过文献计量学分析,间歇性禁食干预糖尿病的研究目前正处于发展上升期,仍需进一步探索其可行性及作用机制。

Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the literature related to intermittent fasting intervention in diabetes and to explore the development status,research hotspots and dynamic frontiers in this field.Methods:The literature related to intermittent fasting intervention for diabetes included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was used as the source,and the bibliometric tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visualize and analyze the countries,institutions,authors and keywords.Results:The total search yielded 1220 publications,of which 344 were in Chinese and 876 in foreign languages.The annual volume of publications was generally on the rise,with the United States being the most prolific country,Dubai Hospital being the most active institution,Professor Mohamed Hassanein publishing the most papers,and small-scale collaborations among institutions and scholars.The main research interests in this field included clinical studies on intermittent fasting for type 2 diabetes,animal experiments and related mechanisms,types of fasting,Ramadan fasting,insulin sensitivity,human glucose regulation function,care,Chinese medicine and diabetes-related cardiovascular complications.Possible future research trends were to further explore the mechanisms of intermittent fasting intervention in diabetes from clinical and animal trials,to reduce the potential risk of intermittent fasting in patients with diabetes,especially gestational diabetes,and to combine them with traditional Chinese medicine for more optimal efficacy.Conclusion:Through bibliometric analysis,researches on intermittent fasting intervention in diabetes were currently on the rise in development,the feasibility and mechanisms still need to be further explored.
