小水线面双体船减振降噪优化设计

摘要 结合某新造小水线面双体船实例,通过开展总体声学设计,分析小水线面船舶主要噪声源特性,确定小水线面船舶噪声控制的重点;根据减振降噪系统设计的需求,对总体、系统,以及主要设备提出控制要求,完成总体噪声指标分配和全船噪声预报;在设计建造过程中围绕需求,应用各种减振降噪技术和措施,实现全船噪声源的均衡控制。 Based on the example of a newly built SWATH catamaran,the overall acoustic design was carried out to analyze its main noise source characteristics comprehensively,and determine the key points of noise control of SWATH ships.According to the design requirements of the vibration and noise reduction system,the control requirements was put forward for the overall design of the catamaran,system and main equipment,so as to complete the overall noise index allocation and the noise prediction of the whole ship.In the design and construction process,various vibration and noise reduction technologies and measures were applied to achieve the balanced control of the whole ship’s noise source.
