组合式能效提升措施在某散货船上的应用

摘要 为提升某现有散货船能效水平,从提升效果、改装难度等方面,分析现阶段可供选择的能效提升措施的优缺点。结合该船实际情况,确定采用组合式的能效提升改装方案,即轴带发电机与桨前、桨后节能装置。通过模型试验,航行试验,对改装后的船舶进行能效验证,结果表明,改装效果达到预期目标,可以满足现有船舶能效设计指数(EEXI)要求。同时,该改装方案可以降低船舶营运过程中碳排放,提升碳强度(CII)评级指标,增强市场竞争力。 In order to improve the energy efficiency of an existing bulk carrier,the advantages and disadvantages of optional energy efficiency improvement measures were analyzed from aspects of effect and feasibility.Based on the actual condition of the subject vessel,the combined energy efficiency improvement measure of shaft generator combined with energy saving device before and after propeller was chosen.The effect was verified by model test and sea trail.The testing result showed that,after modification,the energy efficiency of subject vessel reaches the setting goal,which meets the EEXI requirements.In addition,the combination measure may also reduce the carbon emissions during ship operation,which upgrade the CII rating,thus enhance its market competitiveness.
