摘要
针对船舶设备定期维修时可能产生的设备拆解过程及过剩维修带来的成本浪费、维修间隔过长可能会导致安全隐患等问题,研究船舶设备故障发生规律,并对设备的运行状态进行多参数的实时监控。采用ADF方法选定稳定工况数据,构建稳定健康状态记忆矩阵,以记忆矩阵模型为基准,判断设备运行状态偏差,基于机理模型进行分析评价,确定潜在故障、频度,以及RPN,并针对性制定缓解应对措施。使用视情决策优化模型对船舶设备使用及维修进行优化,对优化后的船舶设备进行状态评估,可以实现对决策优化模型的评价,从而有效降低传统维修保养模式存在的成本浪费问题。
In view of the problems such as equipment disassembly process and cost waste caused by excess maintenance that may occur during regular maintenance of ship equipment,as well as safety hazards caused by too long maintenance interval,the occurrence rule of ship equipment failure was studied,and multi-parameter real-time monitoring of equipment operating status was carried out.The ADF method was used to select the stable working condition data,construct the stable health state memory matrix.The memory matrix model was used as the benchmark to judge the deviation of equipment operation state.The mechanism model was analyzed and evaluated to determine the potential failure,frequency and RPN to formulate the targeted mitigation countermeasures.The visual decision optimization model was applied to optimize the use and maintenance of ship equipment,and the state evaluation of the optimized ship equipment can realize the evaluation of the decision optimization model,so as to effectively reduce the cost waste problem existing in the traditional repair and maintenance mode.
