环保型危险废物焚烧处理工艺设计

Design of Environment-Friendly Hazardous Waste Incineration Treatment Process

危险废物(简称危废)具有毒性、腐蚀性、感染性、反应性或易燃性,严重威胁可持续发展与环境安全。因此,有必要应用焚烧处理工艺,对危废进行无害化处置。本文结合危废焚烧处理工艺流程,分析回转窑燃烧过程的影响因素,研究废气处理及污染物控制,以增强企业危废焚烧处置能力,减少污染物排放,提升环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。

Hazardous waste(referred to as HW)is toxic,corrosive,infectious,reactive,or flammable,posing a serious threat to sustainable development and environmental safety.Therefore,it is necessary to apply incineration treatment process for harmless disposal of HW.Based on HW incineration treatment process,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the rotary kiln combustion process,studies waste gas treatment and pollutant control,in order to enhance the enterprise’s hazardous waste incineration treatment capacity,reduce pollutant emissions,and improve environmental,social,and economic benefits.
