冶炼厂动力波系统长周期运行的优化实践研究

摘要 刚果(金)某冶炼厂密闭鼓风炉产生的尾气通过动力波酸碱中和进行脱硫,以确保达标排放。但是,受烟气含尘量影响,运行初期,该套系统频繁出现喷嘴堵塞、运行阻力上升等问题,鼓风炉不得不临时停风进行处理,这不仅降低设备运转率,也增加检修成本。经过优化技改后,该套系统在炉寿命周期内运行平稳,从而解决喷头堵塞、长时间运行时系统阻力上升等问题。 The tail gas generated by a closed blast furnace in a smelter in Congo(Kinshasa)is desulfurized through dynamic wave acid-base neutralization to ensure compliance with emission standards.However,due to the impact of dust content in the flue gas,during the initial operation,the system frequently encountered problems such as nozzle blockage and increased operating resistance,the blast furnace had to temporarily shut down for treatment,which not only reduced the equipment operation rate but also increased maintenance costs.After optimization and technological transformation,the system runs smoothly throughout the furnace life cycle,thereby solving problems such as nozzle blockage and increased system resistance during long-term operation.
