我国废旧轮胎回收行业飞速发展的17年及前景展望

17 Years of Rapid Development and Prospects for China’s Waste Tire Recycling Industry

摘要 我国每年产生的废旧轮胎数以亿计,将其高效回收和合理利用,有助于转变生产方式,发展循环经济。废旧轮胎回收行业是国家重点发展的战略性行业,多项政策给予相应扶持。目前,我国废旧轮胎循环利用方式主要有轮胎翻新、再生橡胶、生产橡胶粉、热裂解,综合利用产业链已基本形成,技术的快速革新极大助力了行业发展。在过去的17年间,我国废旧轮胎回收行业经历产业规模的飞快扩张,2022年回收量、回收价值分别为675万t、101.3亿元,同比分别增加5.47%、31.90%,较2006年的221.6万t、38.7亿元分别增加204.6%、161.76%。未来,废旧轮胎回收行业发展前景广阔,规范的废旧轮胎回收体系将逐渐建立,技术装备将取得更大突破,上下游产业链将更加紧密地衔接,行业将实现规范化、规模化、高质量发展。 China produces billions of waste tires every year,efficient recycling and rational utilization of these tires can help transform production methods and develop a circular economy.The waste tire recycling industry is a strategic industry that is a key focus of national development,and multiple policies provide corresponding support.At present,the main methods of recycling waste tires in China include tire refurbishment,recycled rubber,production of rubber powder,and thermal cracking,the comprehensive utilization industry chain has basically formed,and rapid technological innovation has greatly assisted the development of the industry.In the past 17 years,China’s waste tire recycling industry has experienced rapid expansion of industrial scale,in 2022,the recycling volume and value were 6.75 million tons and 10.13 billion yuan,respectively,an increase of 5.47%and 31.90%year-on-year,an increase of 204.6%and 161.76%compared to the 2.216 million tons and 3.87 billion yuan in 2006.In the future,the development prospects of the waste tire recycling industry are broad,a standardized waste tire recycling system will gradually be established,technological equipment will make greater breakthroughs,upstream and downstream industrial chains will be more closely connected,and the industry will achieve standardized,large-scale,and high-quality development.
