摘要
数字化背景下,智慧物流快速发展,库存管理模式面临着全新转型。传统意义上的库存管理模式存在一定的局限性:运作效率低、库存成本高、无风险控制等,采用自建物流体系的京东库存管理模式甚至也承受着资金、管理和技术等方面的压力。文中基于大数据时代物联网技术高速发展的现实背景,针对现有库存管理模式的不足,研究面向中小型企业,并考虑供应商、零售商、第三方物流协同的智慧库存管理模式,并从技术、管理和人才三个方面提出模式的实施策略。该模式的采用可优化物流环节,缩短准备时间,实现库存成本与服务水平的帕累托最优。
Under the digital background,intelligent logistics is developing rapidly,and the inventory management mode is facing a new transformation.The traditional inventory management model has certain limitations:low operation efficiency,high inventory cost,no risk control,etc.JD's inventory management model,which adopts a self built logistics system,even bears the pressure of capital,management and technology.Based on the realistic background of the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology in the age of big data,this paper aims at the shortcomings of the existing inventory management model,studies the smart inventory management model for small and medium-sized enterprises,and considers the collaboration of suppliers,retailers and third-party logistics,and proposes the implementation strategy of the model from three aspects:technology,management and talents.The adoption of this mode can optimize the logistics link,shorten the preparation time,and achieve Pareto optimization of inventory cost and service level.
