摘要
随着物流行业的持续发展,第三方物流公司的作用愈发凸显。文中以A公司农产品配送中心为研究背景,以减少物流作业成本、提高物流运输效率和公司运营效率作为研究目标展开相关性分析。首先,根据实地考察获得的数据和资料,建立重心法模型为该配送中心初步选出三个备选地址m 2、m 5、m 6;接着,利用层次分析法计算准则层和子准则层的特征向量,再结合模糊综合评价法进行一级模糊评价和二级模糊评价;最终,从三个初选地址中选出最佳选址m 5。
With the continuous development of logistics industry,the role of third-party logistics companies is becoming more and more prominent.In this paper,the agricultural product distribution center of A Company is taken as the research background,and the correlation analysis is carried out with the research objectives of reducing logistics operation costs,improving logistics transportation efficiency and company operation efficiency.First of all,according to the data and information obtained from the field investigation,this paper chooses to establish the gravity center method model and select three alternative addresses m 2,m 5 and m 6 for the distribution center.Then,the analytic hierarchy process method is used to calculate the feature vectors of the criterion layer and sub-criterion layer,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the first-level fuzzy evaluation and second-level fuzzy evaluation.Finally,the best site m 5 is selected from the three alternatives.
