Research on Optimization of Emergency Material Distribution Considering the Urgency of Disaster Affected Point Demands

自然灾害是我们国家面临的一种严重威胁,能够造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。对于灾区人民而言,应急救援工作尤为关键,其中,物资配送是救援行动中至关重要的一环,然而,由于物质资源有限和配送过程中困难重重,如何合理地分配救援物资并高效地将应急物资送达受灾点成为一个挑战。文中将受灾点需求紧迫度作为一个衡量指标来指导分配救援物资,并建立物资配送模型,通过案例分析讨论模型的求解过程,得到了应急物资配送优化的一些启示。

Natural disasters are a serious threat faced by our country,which can cause huge casualties and property damage.For people in disaster areas,emergency rescue work is particularly crucial,and material distribution is a crucial part of the rescue operation.However,due to limited material resources and numerous difficulties in the distribution process,how to reasonably allocate rescue materials and efficiently deliver emergency supplies to the affected areas has become a challenge.This article uses the urgency of demand at disaster stricken areas as a measure to guide the allocation of rescue materials,and establishes a model for material distribution.Through case analysis,the solving process of the model is discussed,and some insights on optimizing emergency material distribution are obtained through research and analysis.
