“两业融合”下现代物流管理专业建设的质量评价研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation of Modern Logistics Management Specialty Construction under the“Integration of Two Industries”

2020年8月,国家发改委就印发了《推动物流业制造业深度融合创新发展实施方案》(发改经贸〔2020〕1315号),对促进物流业和制造业更深层次的融合提出了全新的安排,给物流业提出了新的挑战和机遇。同时,对高职院校所培养的现代物流管理人才也提出了新的要求。文中从制造业与物流业融合的发展历程出发,分析了两业融合背景下专业建设的质量评价目前所存在的问题,在此基础之上,根据指标体系的构架原则及依据,构建了符合两业融合背景的现代物流管理专业的质量评价指标体系,并通过对权重方法的研究,最终确定采用层次分析法对指标进行重要性排序,并提出了对策建议。

In August 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Deep Integration and Innovative Development of the Logistics Industry and Manufacturing Industry(FGJM[2020]No.1315),which proposed a new arrangement for promoting the deeper integration of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and presented new challenges and opportunities to the logistics industry.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for modern logistics management talents trained by higher vocational colleges.Starting from the development process of the integration of manufacturing and logistics industries,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality evaluation of professional construction under the background of the integration of the two industries.On this basis,according to the principles and basis of the index system,this paper constructs the quality evaluation index system of the modern logistics management specialty in line with the background of the integration of two industries,finally,it is determined to use the analytic hierarchy process to rank the importance of indicators through the study of the weight method,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
