摘要
“新工科”建设为工科专业注入了大数据管理、人工智能等新的时代内涵,为工科专业的升级发展提供了方向指引。大数据趋势下,我国物流行业迎来了新的挑战,对物流人才数量与质量的要求越来越高。传统高校物流管理专业存在着学校配套设施不足、培养方案不科学、产学研融合度低等问题,无法满足目前市场的需求。高校应秉承“新工科”理念,以产业需求为导向,加强与企业的合作,促进学科交叉融合及人才培养模式创新,提高物流管理专业的教育水平,赋能物流管理专业在新时代的建设和发展。
The construction of“new engineering”has injected the new era connotation of big data management and artificial intelligence into the engineering major,and provided the direction for the upgrading and development of the engineering major.Under the trend of big data,our logistics industry ushered in a new challenge,and the requirement for the quantity and quality of logistics talents is higher and higher.The logistics management major in traditional colleges and universities has some problems,such as insufficient supporting facilities,unscientific training program and low integration degree of industry-university-research,which cannot meet the current market demand.Colleges and universities should adhere to the concept of“new engineering”,take industrial demand as guidance,strengthen cooperation with enterprises,promote interdisciplinary integration and innovation of talent training mode,improve the education level of logistics management major,and enable the construction and development of logistics management major in the new era.
