物流管理专业毕业生就业存在的问题及对策——以H大学为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the Employment of Logistics Management Graduates--Take H University as an Example

近年来,随着经济全球化进程的推进、电商企业的发展以及互联网技术的迅速崛起,淘宝、天猫等移动购物平台得到了快速发展。现代物流作为新兴的朝阳产业,是连接商品与客户的重要枢纽,而目前却存在物流管理专业人才匮乏,毕业生就业方向不一致等现象。在此背景下,对H大学2022级毕业生就业情况通过电话、访谈、问卷等形式进行调查,旨在指出存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。

In recent years,with the advancement of economic globalization,the development of e-commerce enterprises and the rapid rise of Internet technology,the mobile shopping platforms such as Taobao,Tmall have been developed rapidly.As a new sunrise industry,modern logistics is an important hub connecting commodities and customers.But at present,there existing phenomenons such as shortage of logistics management professionals,graduates employment direction is not consistent and so on.This paper investigates the employment of H university graduates in 2022 by telephone,interviews,questionnaires and other forms of research,in order to point out the problems and propose corresponding solutions.
