民间档案作为研究乡村空间形态的工具能够认识人(户)地关系转移的过程,将历史上的村落空间形态具象化、精细化.该研究立足于官方土地证档案、民间协议、家庭内部分配契约、历史图档以及当事人访谈等多重史源,以地块产权为视角,深入政策、人口变迁与村民建设行为的细节,分析以桥弄里A号为中心的绞圈房微观居住形态的演变,提出上海乡村空间形态演变基层逻辑的假说.

As an approach to studying rural spatial patterns,land certificate archives reflect the transfer process of the relationships between households and land.It could also visualize and refine the spatial pattern of villages in history.This study surveyed multiple historical sources including land certificates,folk agreements,distribution regulations within families,oral statements,historical maps,and files,then investigated the details of policies,population changes,and villagers'construction behaviors from the perspective of land property rights.In addition,the evolution of the residential structure and micro-spatial pattern around the Gaoquan house in Qiaonongli was analyzed and discussed.This study translates land certifcates into spatial information,combining architectural history and architectural morphology,to propose the hypothesis of basic logic in the evolution of rural spatial morphology of Shanghai.
