猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒类NADC34毒株的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)对我国养猪业构成严重威胁。PRRSV于1996年在我国被首次报道,随着时间推移,相继出现了几种致病性和传染性都不尽相同的亚型毒株,并引起了不同程度的流行。2017年,我国首次检测到类NADC34 PRRSV,并且该毒株的检出率逐年上升,有取代类NADC-30 PRRSV成为主要流行毒株的趋势。目前,该毒株已经在我国多个省份传播,并表现出不同程度的致病性和死亡率。本文回顾了类NADC34毒株在我国的流行情况、基因组特征、限制性片段长度多态性、重组情况、致病性和相关疫苗发展现状,以期为我国防控类NADC34 PRRSV提供科学依据。 Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus poses a serious threat to pig industry in China.It was first reported in China in 1996.As time went by,several subtypes with different pathogenicity and infectivity appeared one after another,which caused different degrees of epidemic.In 2017,NADC34-like PRRSV strain was detected for the first time in China,and the detection rate of this strain increased year by year,which showed a trend of replacing NADC-30 like PRRSV strain as the main epidemic strain.At present,the strain has spread in many provinces in China,and showed different degrees of virulence and mortality.In this paper,the epidemic situation,genomic characteristics,restriction fragment length polymorphism,recombination,pathogenicity and the development of related vaccine of this strain in China were reviewed.In order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of NADC34-like PRRSV strain in China.
