硫酸盐竹浆氧脱木素强化过程机理初步探讨

Preliminary Investigation of the Mechanism of the Enhanced Process of Oxygen Delignification of Kraft Bamboo Pulp

摘要 为了更有效地提高氧脱木素的效率及选择性,本实验研究发现在氧脱木素强化的过程中加入实验室合成的助剂S后,可使脱木素率达到57.3%,相比于未加任何助剂的常规氧脱木素的脱木素率42.8%,提高了14.5%,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微镜、红外光谱(FTIR)等现代分析仪器对竹浆氧脱木素强化过程机理进行初步探讨,发现添加助剂S后,纤维表面的沟壑有一定程度改善,减少了纤维的卷曲度和细小纤维的含量,提高了纤维的长宽比,且红外谱图中碳水化合物对应的基团增强,同时并未降低对发色基团的破坏,说明助剂S的加入不仅有效保护了碳水化合物,还提高了脱木素率。 In order to improve the efficiency and selectivity of oxygen delignification more effectively,this experimental study found that the addition of laboratory synthesized additive S to the oxygen delignification strengthening process resulted in a delignification rate of 57.3%,which was 14.5%higher than the 42.8%delignification rate of conventional oxygen delignification without the addition of any additive.A preliminary exploration of the mechanism of the bamboo pulp oxygen delignification strengthening process using modern analytical instruments such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),microscopy and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)revealed that the addition of additive S improved the grooves on the surface of the fibres to some extent,reduced the curl of the fibres and the content of fine fibres.The increase in the aspect ratio of the fibres and the enhancement of the groups corresponding to the carbohydrates in the infrared spectrum,without reducing the damage to the chromogenic groups groups,indicate that the addition of additive S not only effectively protected the carbohydrates,but also increased the delignification rate.
