瓦楞纸箱不同楞级的抗压强度分析

摘要 为获取瓦楞纸箱楞级结构在包装件运输过程中受外界作用导致箱体破损的影响因素,基于ABAQUS有限元的建模分析,以提高瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度。基于ABAQUS有限元建模可视化,比较不同楞级结构对瓦楞纸箱所承受的抗压强度的分析与比较,从而确立瓦楞纸箱的楞级对纸箱的抗压强度影响。结果表明:四楞结构的瓦楞纸箱应力更加分散,相较于四楞结构的瓦楞纸箱,五楞结构的瓦楞纸箱抗压效果较佳,六楞结构的瓦楞纸箱抗压强度最高。测试结果为瓦楞纸箱抗压强度分析提供了可靠测试数据,为包装瓦楞纸箱的结构设计的合理性提供依据。随着瓦楞纸箱楞结构的增加,瓦楞纸箱的应力将会更加分散,楞所承受的载荷也随之分散。因此,瓦楞纸箱的结构中楞结构越多则抗压强度越高。 In order to obtain the damage factors of the corrugated structure caused by the external action during the transportation of the packaging,based on the finite element modeling analysis of ABAQUS,the problem of improving the compressive strength of the corrugated carton was solved.Based on ABAQUS finite element modeling visualization,the analysis and comparison of the compressive strength of corrugated carton under different corrugated grade structure were conducted,so as to determine the influence of corrugated grade on the compressive strength of corrugated carton.The stress of the corrugated box with four-edge structure is more dispersed.Compared with the corrugated box with four-edge structure,the corrugated box with five-edge structure has better compressive effect,and the corrugated box with six-edge structure has the highest compressive strength.The test results provide reliable test data for the analysis of compressive strength of corrugated carton and provide a basis for the rationality of the structural design of corrugated carton.With the increase of corrugated box edge structure,the stress of corrugated box will be more dispersed,and the load borne by the edge will also be dispersed.Therefore,the structure of corrugated box in the structure of the prism structure,the higher the compressive strength.
