摘要
再造烟叶产品的涂布率是再造烟叶生产过程中一个非常重要的质量稳定性指标。为掌控再造烟叶产品在线生产过程中涂布率检测结果的及时反馈,以及行业快速检测方法统一的需要,本文在经典方法 YC/T 572-2018的基础上,通过对不同温度、不同烘干时间等影响检测结果因素的比对分析,开发出一种快速大批量测定热水可溶物含量的检测方法——平板干燥法,涂布率实验数据通过相关数理统计分析。结果表明:平板干燥法适合于在线生产的快速检测,对在线生产产品质量情况的快速控制提供了一种更有效的分析方法。
The coating rate of reconstituted tobacco products is a very important quality stability indicator in the production of reconstituted tobacco.In order to control the timely feedback of coating rate test results during the online production of reconstituted tobacco products and the need for unification of rapid testing methods in the industry,we developed a testing method for rapid mass determination of hot water soluble matter content by comparing and analyzing factors affecting the test results such as different temperatures and drying times based on the classical method YC/T 572-2018-flat plate drying method.The experimental data of coating rate were analyzed by relevant mathematical and statistical analysis,and the results showed that the plate drying method is suitable for rapid testing of online production and provides a more effective analysis method for rapid control of online production productquality conditions.
