终身教育视角下社区学习共同体构建的多维审视

Multi-dimensional Review of the Construction of Community Learning Commonwealth from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

构建终身教育体系,建设学习型社会是我国教育现代化发展的战略目标之一。社区学习共同体是践行终身教育理念的重要学习载体,对于创建社区精神文明、完善终身教育体系、追求理想生活目标具有不可替代的推动和促进作用。然而,社区学习共同体目前面临机制、资源、经费、队伍等方面的困境,必须采取完善管理保障机制、整合开发公共资源、拓展经费来源渠道、锻造专业人员队伍、健全评价激励机制等优化策略,推动终身教育体系的发展和学习型社区的建设。

Building a lifelong education system and a learning society is one of the development strategic objectives of the modernization of Chinese-style education.Community learning commonwealth is an important learning carrier to practice the concept of lifelong education.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the creation of community spiritual civilization,the improvement of lifelong education system,and the pursuit of life ideal goals.However,the community learning commonwealth is currently facing difficulties in terms of mechanism,resources,funds and teams.It is necessary to adopt the optimization strategies such as improving management guarantee mechanism,integrating and exploring public resources,expanding sources of funds,forging professional teams,and improving evaluation and incentive mechanism to promote the development of lifelong education system and the construction of a learning community.
