摘要
工匠精神是我国优秀传统文化的一部分,既包含新时代特色,又与创新创业精神一脉相承。为实现工匠精神的有效传承与弘扬,高校需将工匠精神作为教育共识,以创新创业教育为载体,对大学生的工匠精神进行重点培育。通过工匠精神与教学素材融合、工匠精神与教学环节衔接、工匠精神与师资建设结合、工匠精神与实践活动对接等策略,将大学培养成满足国家与社会需求的高素质“双创型”人才。
The spirit of craftsmanship is a part of China s excellent traditional culture,which not only includes the characteristics of the new era,but also inherits the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.In order to realize the effective inheritance and promotion of the spirit of craftsmanship,colleges and universities need to take the spirit of craftsmanship as an educational consensus,take innovation and entrepreneurship education as a carrier,and focus on cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of college students.Through strategies such as integrating the spirit of craftsmanship with teaching materials,linking the spirit of craftsmanship with teaching processes,integrating the spirit of craftsmanship with teacher construction,and integrating the spirit of craftsmanship with practical activities,universities will be trained to meet the needs of the country and society as high-quality dual-creative talents.
