摘要 当前,教师专业发展已经成为世界教师教育关注的焦点,教师队伍规模正在不断扩大,而教师队伍的专业能力和专业素质直接关系到学校教育质量和办学水平。就目前而言,教师专业发展水平存在不符合教育发展需求的现象,且教师群体已经不再追寻单纯的物质需要,而是追求长久性的在岗培养。基于此,通过对教师专业发展内涵、价值取向、现实困境和优化路径进行分析和探究,希望能够为教师今后的成长和发展提供参考。 At present,teacher professional development has become the focus of teacher education in the world,the scale of teachers is constantly expanding,and the professional ability and professional quality of teachers are also directly related to the quality of school education and the level of running a school.At present,the level of teacher professional development does not meet the needs of education development,and teachers are no longer pursuing simple material needs,but long-term on-the-job training.Based on this,this paper analyzes and explores the connotation,value orientation,realistic dilemma and optimization path of teacher professional development,hoping to provide a reference for the future growth and development of teachers.
