摘要
目前,在推动现代职业教育高质量发展的进程中,最重要的举措和行动就是职业教育数字化转型。经过国家相关政策及项目的引领,职业教育数字化转型所取得的成效非常显著。但是我国职业教育数字化转型仍面临一些困境,即需要提高学生的学习力与能动性、认知存在曲解、教师数字化教学能力的内涵亟须更新、追求教育公平中衍生出新的不公平等。为了突破上述困境,要从多方面进行深度考量,正视风险、提高师资能力。基于此,围绕职业教育数字化转型的内涵、困境以及价值等方面展开讨论,最后提出职业教育数字化转型的路径。
At present,the most important measure and action is the digital transformation of vocational education in the process of promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education.Guided by relevant national policies and projects,the digital transformation of vocational education has achieved remarkable results.However,the digital transformation of vocational education in China still faces some difficulties,such as the need to improve students learning ability and initiative,the misinterpretation of cognition,the urgent need to update the connotation of teachers digital teaching ability,and the pursuit of education equity which has led to new inequities.In order to break through the above difficulties,it is necessary to carry out in-depth consideration from various aspects,face the risks and improve teachers ability.This paper mainly discusses the connotation,dilemma and value of digital transformation of vocational education,and finally puts forward the path of the digital transformation of vocational education.
