摘要
通过开展氢能关键技术和油田产用氢情况、新能源发电与氢能设备耦合系统容量配置优化研究,结合油田区域新能源资源禀赋和炼厂用氢需求,利用企业闲置场地建设光伏电站、电解水制氢装置及配套设施,直接制取“绿氢”替代炼厂干气“灰氢”。项目实施后,为推进炼化企业与“绿氢”产业耦合示范、建设地区盐碱滩涂绿电制氢产业基地开拓了先导途径。
Combining the new energy resource endowment of the oilfield and the refinery's demand for hydrogen,the project uses the idle site of the petrochemical plant to build a photovoltaic power station to directly produce"green hydrogen"to replace the refinery's dry gas"grey hydrogen."After the implementation of the project,it will open up a pioneering way to promote the demonstration of the coupling of refinery enterprise and"green hydrogen"industries,and to build a green power hydrogen production industrial base in the saline mudflats of region.
