基于诱导冒落开采的强制崩落区范围确定方法

摘要 强制崩落区范围是否合理对诱导冒落法的冒落范围、过程及矿石回收影响重大。为此,以急倾斜破碎中厚矿体诱导冒落法开采条件为工程背景,采用数值模拟的方法,在确定崩落区采幅、高度及开采方式的前提下,构建动态开采模型,分析不同崩落区开采范围、埋藏深度条件下的诱导冒落矿体的致冒机理,形成强制崩落区确定方法。研究结果表明:结合崩落形状、应力分布状态和岩体破坏情况可有效确定强制崩落区,以及特定条件下强制崩落区范围最优形式;增加崩落隅角改变强制崩落区范围,能够有效地提高诱导矿层冒落能力;近崩落区位置存在复杂应力分布状态,崩落区顶板的垂直应力及水平应力的常值受深度影响呈现规律性阶梯型增长。研究结果可为诱导冒落采矿工程提供理论支撑。 Whether or not the extent of the forced collapse zone is reasonable has a significant impact on the extent of the induced fracture process and ore recovery.To this end,the mining conditions of the induced fall method for sharply inclined and broken medium-thick ore bodies are used as the engineering background,and a dynamic mining model is constructed by numerical simulation to analyze the mechanism of induced fall ore bodies under the conditions of mining range and burial depth of different collapse zones,and to develop a method to determine the forced collapse zone by determining the width,height and mining method of the collapse zone.The research results show that the forced collapse zone can be effectively determined by combining the collapse shape,stress distribution state and rock damage,and the optimal shape of the forced collapse zone under specific conditions;increasing the collapse angle to change the scope of the forced collapse zone can effectively improve the ability to induce the ore layer to fall;the location of the near collapse zone has a complex stress distribution state,and the constant values of vertical stress and horizontal stress of the top plate of the collapse zone are affected by depth.The research results can provide theoretical support for the induced fall mining project.
