Information Flow and Autonomy:A Study on the Communication Issues of the CPC in Sichuan(1922-1935)

保有顺畅的沟通渠道、建立稳定的通讯联系,对于中共的发展壮大而言,“等于人身上的血脉”,极为重要。在中共组织建立的早期,借助于传统通讯技术体系以及人员往来携带等方式,四川地区中共实现了组织内必须的信息沟通、指示传达和经费输送。大革命失败后,受限于外部政治军事环境变化,在中共中央的要求和指导下,四川地区开始建立专门的交通机构和秘密交通线,此举一定程度上缓解了党内通讯压力,维系了四川中共革命力量的生存和发展。值得注意的是,一方面,四川地区党内通讯始终困境重重,信息阻塞或中断时有发生,而这又恰恰催生和激发了地方党组织的自主性以及附着于之上的活力和灵动。另一方面,四川地区中共组织的通讯与自主性之间并非简单的因果关系,地方党组织自主性强弱的核心因素是生存与发展。职是之故,对中共通讯工作的讨论,可视为挖掘和揭示中共“关系”研究的一种推动。

Maintaining smooth communication channels and establishing stable communication connections is extremely important for the development and growth of the CPC,which is"equivalent to the blood of the human body".In the early days of the establishment of the CPC,with the help of traditional communication technology systems and personnel transportation,the CPC in Sichuan achieved necessary information communication,instruction transmission,and funding transfer within the organization.After the failure of the Great Revolution,limited by changes in the external political and military environment,and under the requirements and guidance of the Central Committee of the CPC,the CPC in Sichuan began to establish specialized transportation agencies and secret transportation lines.This action to some extent alleviated the pressure on communication within the Party and maintained the survival and development of the revolutionary forces of the CPC in Sichuan.However,it is worth noting that on the one hand,communication within the CPC in Sichuan has always been plagued by difficulties,with information blockages or interruptions occurring from time to time,which has precisely given rise to and stimulated the autonomy,vitality,and agility of local organizations of the Party.On the other hand,there is not a simple causal relationship between communication and autonomy of the CPC in Sichuan.The core factor for the strength of autonomy of local organizations of the Party is their survival and development.Therefore,the discussion of the communication work of the CPC can be seen as a driving force for exploring and revealing the"relationship"of the CPC.
