空心脉冲发电机的电感计算与数学模型

摘要 空心脉冲发电机作为一种高功率的脉冲电源,在电磁发射技术、电磁炮、激光武器等领域有着广泛的应用。空心脉冲发电机的结构、设计、控制方式以及工作特性跟常规电机有很大的不同,对该电机的研究主要以理论研究和仿真研究为主,研究手段大都采用有限元法。有限元法的优点是计算精度高,不足在于建模过程比较复杂,计算时间比较长,如果电机的参数发生变化,必须重新对电机进行建模分析。给出了空心脉冲发电机绕组电感计算的一般方法,以一种无补偿绕组空心脉冲发电机为例,建立了该电机的数学模型,根据电机的设计参数计算了电机励磁绕组和电枢绕组的自感及互感,并利用其数学模型对电机的空载以及负载工作特性进行了分析。将解析法的计算结果和有限元法的计算结果进行比较,验证了电感计算方法及数学模型的正确性。 The air-core pulse alternator,as up rated pulse power source,has been widely used in EML,coil gun and other fields.The construction,devise,control mode and working characteristics of the air-core pulse alternator are very different from those of conventional motor.The main research methods of the motor are theoretical research and simulation research,and most of the research methods are finite element method.The advantage of finite element method is that the calculation accuracy is high,but the disadvantage is that the modeling process is complicated and the calculation time is long.If the parameters of the motor change,the motor must be re-modeled and analyzed.The general method of winding inductor compute of air-core pulse alternator was given,and the mathematical model of an air-core pulse alternator without compensation winding was established.According to the design parameters of the motor,the self-inductor and mutual inductor of the excitation winding and armature winding of the motor were calculated,and the no-load and load operating characteristics of the motor were analyzed by using their mathematical models.The calculation results of analytics and finite element were compared to verify the validity of the method of inductor compute and mathematical model.
